Is there such a thing as safety when it comes to EMF radiation?
There is NO level of radiation that is not harmful to the human body.

EMF safety Net Work says:
John Wargo, Ph.D., professor of Environmental Risk and Policy at Yale University and lead author of the report, said, “The scientific evidence is sufficiently robust showing that cellular devices pose significant health risks to children and pregnant women. The weight of the evidence supports stronger precautionary regulation by the federal government. The cellular industry should take immediate steps to reduce emission of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from phones and avoid marketing their products to children.”
EHHI President Nancy Alderman said, “Children between the ages of 8-18 spend an average of 7.5 hours per day—nearly half their hours while awake—on smart phones, computers, televisions or other electronic devices. Exposures to electromagnetic radiation are increasing most rapidly among the youngest in our society, as service providers focus their advertising on children and educational markets.”
Dr. Hugh Taylor, coauthor of the report, summarized his concerns regarding neurological effects from cell phone radiation. “The human brain is especially susceptible to numerous environmental insults that can produce irreversible damage during critical periods of nervous system development between conception and full maturity. A number of peer-reviewed studies reported changes in the nervous systems of rats, mice and humans following exposure to cell phone radiation. These include diminished learning, diminished reaction time, decreased motor function, reduced memory accuracy, hyperactivity and diminished cognition.”
Taylor explained differences in exposure between children and adults, “The thinner skulls of young children permit cell phone radiation to penetrate brain tissues more deeply than occurs in adults. Devices stored in pants pockets while in standby mode can expose rapidly developing reproductive organs to radiofrequency energy. Storage in shirt pockets will increase exposure to breast tissues. Children’s and fetuses’ rapidly developing nervous systems, more rapid rates of cell division, longer potential lifetime exposure, and longer average use per day all heighten their risks of adverse health effects.”

Workers at the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant have discovered hundreds of damaged tubes in a nuclear reactor that is currently offline. The workers found the damaged tubes while checking the extent of the damage of a leak in the tubes of another reactor that released at least a small amount of radiation.
Officials have been quick to claim that the levels released were too low to cause any harm to workers or the public when in reality the idea that these officials, whose jobs are on the line, would actually tell the public if there was a large release remains sketchy to say the least.
An article published by the OC Register covered the discovery of the damaged tubes:
All four of the plant’s steam generators and their tubes are about two years old, installed after being delivered to the West Coast by the Japanese manufacturer of the generators, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
Some 9,700 tubes carry water from the reactor and through each generator.
“They have inspected 80 percent of the tubes in one of the steam generators at unit 2,” said Victor Dricks, spokesman for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. “Two of the tubes have thinning so extensive that they need to be plugged and taken out of service. Sixty nine other tubes have thinning greater than 20 percent of the wall thickness, and a larger number have thinning greater than 10 percent of wall thickness.”
Both Dricks and San Onofre officials said any release would have been extremely small, posing no hazard to workers or the public. Detectors elsehwere on the property picked up no signs of radiation above background levels.
“Had there been any change in radiation levels elsewhere in the plant, Edison would have immediately taken the appropriate steps, such as declaring the first of the four levels of emergency used by the industry,” said Edison spokesman Gil Alexander.
Sadly, the fact remains that every single nuclear disaster in the history of the United States has been heavily covered up and downplayed through a series of misinformation campaigns and outright lies by nuclear apologists nationwide.
The American people and honest journalists worldwide literally have no ability to confirm
or debunk the claims from nuclear officials that the release of radiation was minimal.
